Know More-

Arunachal Pradesh:

·         Arunachal Pradesh is a remote area with very basic hotels. DO NOT COMPARE THE STANDARDS OF SUCH HOTEL WITH HOTELS OF OTHER REGIONS. Room heaters may not work here due to voltage fluctuation

·         Road conditions between Bhalukpong and Tawang are not good. Due to bad road conditions there is no connection between time taken for travelling and distance travelled.

·         Due to remote nature mobile services may be properly work in this region. Also credit cards are not freely acceptable in this region

·         Please share documents as mentioned below so that we can process the Inner Line Permit.

·         Guests are advised to carry appropriate medicines as they may not be available here.

·         Sela Pass is at a height of 13700 feet where oxygen supply is low which may result in health issues like nausea, shortness of breath, dizziness etc. Please consult the doctor if the guests have health issues like asthama, blood pressure, heart issues etc.

·         China Border or Bumla Pass – The guests can choose to travel for a day visit to China Border which is purely subject to prior permission from the authorities which is on their sole discretion. This is only valid for Indian Nationals and the costs of it varies. Normally the price for the same is around Rs 6,000/- per vehicle which is to be hired locally. We have no control on the condition of such vehicles and type of such vehicles. Even after the issue of permission they may be cancelled as the region is a high security zone. The guests can club this visit with the picturesque Shonga Tser Lake

 

Vehicle Details:

·         We provide exclusive AC Vehicles for all our packages as per the itinerary. Vehicles provided will not be on disposal basis. AC shall not run in hill region.

·         For 1-3 Pax, we provide AC Tata Indigo / Maruti Dzire / Similar except for tours which include Arunachal Pradesh.

·         For 4-6 Pax, we provide AC Tata Scorpio / Mahindra Xylo / Toyota Innova / Similar except for tours which include Arunachal Pradesh.

·         If the itinerary includes Arunachal Pradesh, then for 1 – 6 Pax, we provide Mahindra Xylo / Tata Scorpio / Similar.

·         For more than 6 Pax, we provide AC Tempo Traveller.

·         Vehicles in this sector do not have carrier. Hence guests are requested to travel with limited luggage only.

·         Arunachal Pradesh:

o    Inner Line Permit can be applied to Government of Arunachal Pradesh offices or from the Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs at New Delhi. In order to process the same we shall the scanned copy of above documents in jpg form

§  ILP office remains closed on Saturday-Sunday.

§  The permits are valid for 15 days and can be extended at any tourism or government offices (Resident Commissioner)

§  In case the guests are unable to obtain the advance copy of the above permit, than they must obtain the permit at Bhalukpong by submitting the above documents together with 2 passport size photographs of each travelling member.

§  Alternatively, the guests can also fill the details online at http://www.arunachalilp.com/onlineApp.do. Once the form is filled and submitted, an Application ID is generated that will redirect to a page to upload the photo(s) and document for verification. An SMS alert with your application number shall be sent to the registered mobile number of the application. Use the Application ID to make the online payment and print the ILP card. On successful verification and online payment an ILP code will be generated that shall serve like the PNR number in flight and railway ticket

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Request has to be sent to us by Email. Such cancellation charges shall also be applicable on reduction of rooms after initial confirmation.

High Season –

100% cancellation charges shall be applicable for any cancellation made prior to 30 days from tour start.

 

Balance Season –

From Date of booking – 30 days only communication charges of Rs. 2000.00 per person

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

Important points for travellers:

·         Basic personal items to be carried include, feather jacket & heavy woolens during winter and light woolens during summer, walking boots, Umbrella or rain proof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare batteries, water flask, cold cream, personal medicines & Sunglasses.

·         Advice guest to bring heavy woolens if traveling to Arunachal & Meghalaya as this area is cold through out the year.

·         Mobile services may not be active in all destinations. Pre-paid roaming and International roaming connection does not work in this region. We suggest carrying BSNL (GSM) connections.
